How effective is Plan B one-step an hour after sex?

My girlfriend and i were having sex when the condom broke. I did not ejaculate inside her to the best of my knowledge. Also, she says that because it was right after her period ended, she wasn't in a cycle or able to become pregnant. Just to be 100% safe, we purchased Plan B one-step and she took it about an hour after sex. She is not late or anything on her period I am just worried and need some assurance. Is it possible that she is pregnant? Thank you for your help.

There is an EXTREMELY low likelihood. Plan B is extremely affective, especially right after sex. And especially when she's not menstruating.
